Janet began her career in senior management in the hotel and catering industry, and since then has worked in the communications industry.
She has spent several years at a senior level in public relations, dealing with blue chip, internationally recognised companies prior to her move approximately 20 years ago into the event management and corporate hospitality industry.
Running her own business gives her the flexibility to work wherever and whenever she’s required.

Janet has a wealth of experience which covers:-
- Planning, co-ordinating and managing large corporate events and conferences which includes liaison with sub- contractors, AV suppliers, venues, caterers and of course hosting the event
- Co-ordinating all marketing activity – including briefing agencies, designers and printers
- General office administration
- Sales & Account management
- Planning and organising direct marketing campaigns
- Budgeting and cost control
- Accounting (Sales & Purchase Ledger)
- Social Media to include Twitter, Linkedin & Facebook
- IT Skills:- Spreadsheets, Word, Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Mailmerge
- Overseas travel, liaising and working
